Account and registration

eudora operates in jurisdictions where online gaming, sportsbook wagering, and live-dealer services are permitted by law. Our platform is available in selected regions including Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang, subject to local regulations. To reset your password, visit the eudora login page and click "Forgot your password?" Enter the email address associated with your account. We send a password-reset link to that email within a few minutes. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password. The reset link expires after one hour for security. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. We require that your new password be at least 8 characters long and include letters, numbers, and symbols. Once you reset your password, you can log in immediately using your new credentials.

Payments and transactions

If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, first check the transaction status in your eudora account dashboard under "Transaction history".
